Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of premature death for women in Canada, claiming a life every 16 minutes. Yet women are under-studied, underdiagnosed, under-treated, and under-aware when it comes to their heart and vascular health.

Join us in the Women’s Cardiovascular Health Initiative Libin Wears RED campaign by wearing RED on February 13 with your family, colleagues, and friends to help raise awareness about the importance of women’s cardiovascular health.

We invite you to share your “wear red” photos on social media by tagging the Libin Cardiovascular Institute and using the hashtags #LibinWearsRed, #HerHeartMatters, and #WearRedCanada.
